The Training Center’s Board of Trustees have been closely monitoring the evolving situation of COVID-19. For continued preparedness, The Board of Trustees have made the following decision effective today, November 23, 2020:
Apprenticeship Classes: The Training Center is actively working with the instructors to continue offering classes in an alternative online format utilizing the Zoom platform. These Zoom classes began March 30, 2020, these classes are mandatory so students can receive the required hours to complete the program in a timely manner. In person curriculum testing and hands on labs for our current apprentices began Thursday April 30, 2020 with strict guidelines. No one enters the JATC office without a mask.
The Trustees and training center staff will be reassessing the situation on a weekly basis with this unprecedented situation we currently face.
Journeyman Continuing Education Classes: 2020 NEC Journeyman Continuing Education classes will start in November. Please check the schedule on our website at www.pueblojatc.org or call the office if you have any questions. CE classes will be delivered online via ZOOM until further notice . Journeyman can now renew your license online at https://apps.colorado.gov/dora/licensing/Default.aspx
Applications, Aptitude Tests and Interviews: Applications are now being accepted in person by appointment only, call the office at 719-561-8000 ext. 18 to schedule your appointment. Applicants can go to our website, www.pueblojatc.org, for application information. If you have questions please call the JATC office. No one enters the JATC office without a mask.
